#2023-294415/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0146 hours, a victim drove home after closing down his business near MLK Jr Wy S/S Graham St. Victim backed into his driveway and as he stepped out of his vehicle he was met by 2 unknown males pointing guns at him demanding that he hand over the keys to his vehicle. The victim told the suspects that he wasn’t going to give them his car keys, so the suspects demanded his money. The victim removed money from his wallet and gave it to the suspects. Suspects then ran to S Cloverdale St and jumped in an unknown silver/gray sedan and drove off EB towards Rainier Av S. Incident was screened with the Robbery Unit.

#2023-294427/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0246 hours, a victim went to a gas station at MLK/S Graham and had just completed putting gas in his car when two unknown black males with handguns demanded the keys to his vehicle. The suspects fled EB on S Graham St with the vehicle. Approximately 15 minutes later, Tukwila PD advised radio that the car was in the roadway at Boeing Access/E Marginal Way S unoccupied. The vehicle had a damaged front right tire. Tukwila PD advised they were responding to the 10300 block of E Marginal Way S for a Hit and Run collision involving an SPD stolen Honda civic. Both suspects fled from the Hit and Run collision on foot. It is unknown if the two events are related at this time. Tukwila handled the Hit and Run and recovery, and SPD handled the recovery of the armed carjacking victim’s vehicle.

#2023-294749/East Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1044 hours, officers responded to a 911 call in the 1600 Blk of 38 AV E regarding a male jumping on the victim’s vehicle and tried to forcibly rip her out of her vehicle. When officer arrived on scene the male was located and arrested without incident for Investigation of Robbery.

#2023-295377/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2241 hours, a victim left their house in 2900 block of S Holly St and was on the way to grab food at McDonalds at MLK/S Graham. As the victim got to 31 and S Morgan St, the victim noticed the suspect vehicle closing the distance behind her. Victim continued driving NB on 31 Av S and heard what sounded like fireworks. Victim sped up and the following suspect vehicle continued to follow and fired additional shots at the victim vehicle. The victim was fearful and sped up to try and get away from the suspect vehicle. Victim turned WB on S Graham St. and attempted to make a SB turn on 24 AV S. The victim vehicle crashed into a traffic sign and fence. Officers located a single .40 shell casing in the 6000 31 Av S in the roadway. Photos were taken and shell casing collected and submitted to evidence. Incident was screened with GVRU.

#2023-295341/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2133 hours, 2 female victims were walking their dogs in the 4200 block of S Willow St when they were approached by 2 unknown black males with masks. The 2 suspects pointed their handguns with green lasers at them and demanded they hand over all of their stuff. The suspects took both the victim’s cellphones house keys and car keys and fled EB on S Willow St towards Rainier Av S. Victims were not injured. Officers conducted area check for the suspects with negative results. Incident was screened with Robbery Unit.
