Seattle Police Department Gun Violence Reduction Unit detectives are investigating a shooting that left a male critically injured Monday night in the Leschi neighborhood.
Shortly before 10:00 p.m., 911 received reports of a male shot near the intersection of 28th Avenue South and South Jackson Street. Officers arrived and located a male with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition.
Police processed the scene for evidence. Gun Violence Reduction Unit Detectives responded and are working to determine the circumstances that led up to shooting. No suspects have been identified.
