#2024-024341/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1634 hours, an unidentified man shot at two individuals in a vehicle near N 143 ST and Midvale Ave N. The occupants returned fire with one having a rifle. No suspects or victims were found at the scene. Nearby homes were checked, but no victims were located. Shell casings from a rifle and pistol were collected. Later, a male with a gunshot wound, checked into UW Medical Center. GVRU was notified.

#2024-024211/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1433 hours, gunshot victim arrived at the ER at UW Hospital. SPD officers responded to the hospital and spoke to multiple witnesses. Though the exact circumstances leading up to the shooting are unknown, officers were able to identify and apprehend a suspect. The suspect was booked into KCJ for Investigation of Assault.

#2024-024244/North Precinct/Second Watch:

On 01/24, a vehicle was stolen, and the suspects tried to run over the owner. On 01/26 at 1512 hours a suspicious vehicle 911 call was reported as the occupants were wearing masks and trying door handles while slowly rolling by parked cars, in what turned out to be the stolen car. Officers spotted the vehicle and attempted a stop, but the vehicle eluded. Another 911 suspicious call led officers to the vehicle again, and it eluded again, this time striking an occupied vehicle (no injuries) making its escape. Guardian-1 arrived to assist and tracked the vehicle until the suspects fled from the vehicle on foot. All three juvenile suspects were captured. Weapons, ammunition, large amount of cash, and drugs were recovered.

#2024-024442/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1815 hours a victim reported a domestic disturbance/harassment/property damage call. Upon arrival the suspect fled the scene. Officers pursued on foot. While attempting to run away the suspect armed himself with a 3-foot metal pipe. A 40mm was deployed twice. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident. During the course of the investigation, several felonious crimes were committed. The suspect was book into KCJ for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Attempted Robbery 2nd, and Attempted Residential Burglary.

#2024-024682/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2339 hours two victims returned home from the casino. As the victims exited their vehicle, they were met by two suspects, one armed with a shotgun. The suspect with the shotgun demanded the male victim’s wallet. The second suspect approached the female victim and shoved her and demanded her purse. The suspects then got into an unknown SUV that was parked on 15 AV S and fled NB. No shots fired and no injuries to either victim. The suspects have not been located.
