2024-071140/North Precinct/Third Watch:

At 0243 hours, officers responded to a report of a suspicious incident. Upon arrival, victim stated that two unknown suspects had broken into her residence, assaulted her, presented a handgun, and stole cash. Officers searched the area, but did not locate the suspects. The Robbery Unit is leading the investigation.

2024-071383/North Precinct/First Watch:

At 1047 hours, a male subject walked into a local bank and passed a note demanding money. Teller called 911 and the suspect left without cash. An area check was negative. Robbery unit was notified.

2024-071699/West Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1755 hours staff from a residence in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue South called 911 to report a female resident was stabbed. Officers arrived and located the victim who had been stabbed by her neighbor who entered her unit uninvited. Officers provided aid to the female victim until Seattle Fire arrived. A contact team was formed, and the suspect was located in her apartment and taken into custody without incident. The victim was transported to Harbor View Medical center with nonlife-threatening injuries. A warrant was written, and the knife was recovered. Suspect was booked into King County Jail for Assault and Residential Burglary.

2024-071921/South Precinct/Third Watch:

At 2130 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting call in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. Officers located 8 spent casings in the street and related to damage to a vehicle parked nearby in a driveway. No victims or suspects were located. GVRU was notified.

2024-071786/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch:

On 15-Mar-2024 at about 2230 hours, officers observed a suspect in an earlier assault call, enter a building where the victim resides. The suspect acknowledged officers as he entered the building. Aside from the earlier assault, he also had a warrant for Robbery, a warrant for escaping custody, and a warrant for a drive-by shooting. Officers contained the area and requested that both SWAT and HNT respond as well. HNT convinced the suspect to surrender, and a warrant was obtained to check the apartment, where officers later recovered a firearm. The victim was uninjured, and the suspect was booked into KCJ.

2024-071698/North Precinct/Second Watch:

At 1653 hours a male subject walked into a bank and handed an employee a note demanding cash. A few minutes later the suspect left the bank with some money. Unknown if a vehicle was used. Containment was set up however soon released due to heavy foot and vehicular traffic in the area.
