2024-073194/North Precinct/First Watch:
At approximately 0502 on 3/17/2024, units were dispatched to the 300 block of NE 45th St in response to a commercial burglary at a marijuana dispensary. The suspects forcibly entered the building by using a stolen vehicle to crash through its exterior. The building incurred substantial damage, surpassing the worth of the stolen marijuana products. The vehicle used in the break-in was identified as a stolen King County vehicle and was recovered at the scene. The suspects fled the scene in a separate vehicle. The suspects have not been located.
2024-073241/North Precinct/First Watch:
On 03/17/2024, at approximately 0700 HRS, a unit was on routine patrol when they heard several gunshots close by and around N 103 ST and Aurora Av N. Shortly after, Dispatch began receiving multiple calls regarding shots being heard. From the witnesses, it appears that an unknown suspect fired multiple rounds from inside a vehicle before fleeing the area. Patrol units were unable to locate any shells casings or damage.
2024-073667/North Precinct/First Watch:
At 1729 hours, officers responded to a fight disturbance near 5th Ave. and Jackson St. and upon arrival, located stabbing victim and two possible suspects were identified. Victim transported to HMC for a non-life threatening single stab wound. Officers are working to determine the exact circumstances leading up to the shooting.
