The suspect was arrested at his workplace in the 2200 block of Westlake Avenue in South Lake Union. He admitted to having more than 15,000 CSAM photos and videos. More CSAM was found on several of the man’s devices.
The 38-year-old suspect was booked into the King County Jail for dealing in depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct and possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The Seattle Police Department’s ICAC Unit is monitoring and reviewing NCMEC CyberTips for possible links to the suspect. Meanwhile, specially trained ICAC investigators continue to pour through the volumes of digital evidence, a critical piece in all ICAC-related investigations.
