#2025-179476/West Precinct/First Watch/K1:
At 0732 hours, an unknown subject called the SPD Records Unit and made a threat. Officers responded to the area, conducted an area check, and found no suspicious activity or items. Through their research, the dispatchers located the name of the subject and listed the address outside the city limits. SPD Officers requested assistance from the local agency to knock and talk with the subject, with negative results.
#2025-179433/West Precinct/First Watch/M3:
At 0635 hours, officers responded to several priority one calls in different locations in the West Precinct area. One of the locations received three different priority one calls in one block area (Overdose, Down Person, and a fight in progress). Upon further investigation, based on the RTCC camera videos, the victim was standing on the sidewalk while looking at his cellphone when the suspect walked past the victim. The suspect turned around toward the victim and smacked the victim’s cellphone. The suspect pulled the victim to the ground and stomped the victim’s head with his foot several times. The suspect walked away and a short time later, returned and kicked the victim’s head. The victim was unresponsive for less than one minute, as the suspect then walked away on foot. Medic responded to the scene and transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center for medical treatment. The incident was screened with Homicide/Assault.
#2025-179805/West Precinct/Second Watch/D3:
At 1400 hours, officers were dispatched to a tracking stolen vehicle in the South Lake Union neighborhood. Officers arrived on scene and found the vehicle occupied by two subjects. The RO of vehicle had driven by and seen their stolen vehicle and its occupants. The vehicle fled the scene and found tracking nearby a parking lot- now unoccupied. Officers located a subject matching the description of the driver nearby. The RO of the vehicle conducted a field show-up and identified the subject as the driver of the vehicle. The vehicle was recovered and processed for prints by patrol. The subject was placed into custody for PSV without incident.
#2025-180009/East Precinct/Second Watch/C2:
At 1749 hours, a report of subject jumping off the 520 bridge and in the water. Good Samaritans assisting subject. The subject was in the water and clinging onto the swim ladder of the assisting vessel. Harbor was able to grab hold of the subject and pulled him aboard the patrol vessel. The subject was placed in custody and transported to a nearby by dock and evaluated by SFD/medics. Subject was placed under ITA and transported to HMC via AMR.
