#2025-311208/East Precinct/First Watch/G1:
At 0914 hours, RP called 911 and reported a neighboring resident set his own apartment on fire. The suspect last seen leaving and running northbound on 12 Av. SFD responded and successfully extinguished the shopping cart and partial mattress that were in flames. The damage was significant, mostly from the sprinklers that went off on floors 2 and 3. No injuries. SFD Marshal 5 responded to the scene along with 241. Incident screened with ABS. An area search for the suspect was negative.
#2025-311556/South Precinct/Second Watch/S1:
At 1455 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired at the grocery store located in the 3900 blk of S Othello St. Witnesses described a late model, silver, 4dr, Camry, unknown plate, firing at a white Tesla. Officers located multiple shell casings in the parking lot. No bullet damage or victims were located. Video surveillance showed a younger, B/M, shooting out the passenger side of the Camry at the Tesla. Both vehicles then left NB out of the parking lot. The incident was screened by GVRU.

At 2037 hours, a call came into 911 reporting another armed carjacking in the 2300 BLK of Lake Washington BV S. 2 suspects, both armed. No air support available. Patrol completed an expansive area search with no success. Screened with Robbery via phone.
