At 2200 hours, officers responded to a report of a gunshot heard at a local hotel. Upon arrival, witness stated that they heard a disturbance and possible gunshot from one of the rooms before a male and female ran from the room and sped away in a vehicle. Upon checking the room, officers located a shell casing and blood trail outside the room entering the room. No victim was located. Scene was processed by patrol.
