#2025-366210/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/F3:

At SW Officers responded to the Duwamish Waterway Park for a report of shots heard in the area. A vehicle was heard leaving the scene at a high rate of speed by reporting parties but no vehicle description was provided. Officers located the remnants of a party with discarded alcoholic cans and food strewn about the roadway. Multiple shell casings were located in the roadway along with the garbage. Officers conducted an extensive search on foot but no victims of either property damage or assault were located.

#2025-366256/West Precinct/ First Watch/D3:

At 0421 hours, the incident occurred by an encampment at 200 Terry Av N. The victim and the suspect were in a verbal argument over loud noise. The suspect struck the victim with a stick or a bat, then left the area. The victim walked into a nearby hotel and asked employees to call 911. SFD and Officers responded to the hotel to speak to the victim. The victim was checked out by SFD and later transported to a nearby hospital via AMR. The victim told police that he was assaulted because he’s homeless; however the victim told police that the suspect did not say anything bias toward him during the assault. 221 was notified about the incident. Notification was made via email to Violent Crime and Bias Coordinator. Area check was negative for the suspect.

#2025-366254/East Precinct/First Watch/E2:

At 0416 hours, calls received reporting a vehicle that had collided with a building. Officers arrived and learned that prior to crashing, the driver was with his girlfriend, fleeing from her pimp. The pimp threatened them at the scene of the collision and forced the female into his vehicle. Officers located the suspect vehicle and the female a few blocks away. The suspect exited the vehicle prior to officers arriving and fled on foot. The suspect is outstanding at the time of this SIR.

#2025-366302/East Precinct/First Watch/C2:

At 0636 hours, East patrol responded to a disturbance at 2725 MONTLAKE BV E (NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center). Upon arrival, officers learned that a vehicle had followed an arriving employee through a secure entry gate. On the property, the driver tried to intentionally run over/ hit pedestrians and did intentionally strike multiple occupied vehicles. The driver then rammed through the facility exit gate and fled the area EB on the 520 bridge. There were no injuries. Witness described the driver as being in crisis. A short time later, dispatch advised that Clyde Hill PD had the suspect in custody. The suspect had stopped just off the 520 and called 911 to request officer contact. East officers and I went to Clyde Hill to take custody of the suspect. Suspect was booked into KCJ for felony assault and property damage. The suspect vehicle was impounded; Homicide/Assault Unit notified.

#2025-366525/West Precinct/Second Watch/Q2:

At 1204 hours, West Precinct Officers were dispatched to an elementary school in the West Precinct to investigate a Bias Crime Incident. It was reported that there was homophonic and anti-transgender graffiti observed on a wall and sign on the property. This incident has been an ongoing issue at the location which is not equipped with video. This incident was screened with 212.

#2025-367060/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/F1:

At 1912 hours, multiple callers reported hearing shots fired in the 8800 block of 8 Av Sw. Officers arrived to find four spent multiple casings. There were no victims and no surveillance footage. GVRU was notified.

#2025-367163/East Precinct/Third Watch/C2:

At 246 hours, officers contacted a subject where PC existed for assault from last week. Officers placed the suspect under arrest, and the suspect became hostile and resisted. AMR was summoned for transport to KCJ due to the suspects behavior. Once suspect was placed on the gurney, the suspect spit in officers face/mouth. Once at KCJ suspect was medically declined for chest pains. Incident was screened on scene and responded to HMC for exposure packet for officer. Once hospital clears suspect medically, he will be booked for Aslt 4, resisting, Aslt 3 and felony harassment. 243 notified and hazard report completed.
