#2026-077433/Southwest Precinct/Third Watch/F1

At 0153 hours, multiple calls were made to 911, about ten gunshots being heard in the 6300 block of 34th Ave Sw. Officers arrived and located evidence. There were no victims, no property damage, nor any witnesses. Evidence was photographed and placed into evidence. GVRU screened this incident.

#2026-077459/North Precinct/First Watch/N3

At 0500 hours, North Patrol responded to the area of 85th / Aurora Ave for a report of shots heard. Responding Officers located the scene and processed it for evidence. Items were recovered and submitted to SPD Evidence. No victims of injury or property damage were located. GVRU was notified and responded to the scene.

#2026-077447/West Precinct/First Watch/K1

At 0220 hours, officers responded to a trespass incident in the West Precinct. Upon arrival, the officers determined that the suspect met one of the ITA’s prongs. The officers requested AMR to respond to the scene. The suspect became combative and resistant when the officers went hands-on to secure the suspect on the gurney. During the struggles, the suspect assaulted an officer. Subsequently, the suspect was secured on the gurney. The suspect was booked into the KCJ for Investigation of Assault. The officer was not injured.  

#2026-077186/North Precinct/Third Watch/N3

At 2008 hours, several callers reported multiple gunshots heard. Officers arrived and the victim reported he was in his vehicle when the suspect walked around the corner and fired multiple shots at him, hitting his vehicle multiple times. The victim was not injured. The suspect left in an unknown direction. Officer recovered evidence and GRVU was notified.

#2026-077666/East Precinct/First Watch/E2

At 1057 hours, a male subject was in line at the Capitol Hill business when he adjusted his jacket and accidentally discharged a pistol concealed in his waistband. Footage from the restaurant indicates that the subject likely shot himself. The suspect fled the scene. A female returned seconds later and picked up the firearm. All subjects got into a vehicle and left the area prior to officers arriving.

At 1608 hours, a Military Ordnance was recovered at a recycling center. ABS responded and determined the ordnance still had intact internal fuzing. ABS will keep in custody until Military EOD takes possession of the ordnance.

At 1939 hours, officers responded to a stabbing at 8700 Aurora Av N. Officers were already on scene at the location for a separate disturbance call. Officers quickly contained the scene and located the victim in the upper floor apartment. Containment officers apprehended the suspect as she fled the building on foot. There was a DV component. The suspect was transported to Northwest Hospital prior to being booked into KCJ. The victim was transported to HMC for non-life-threatening injuries from the stab wounds to head and hands.
