At 1046 hours, 911 call came in regarding a subject was shooting a gun at another person before running away from the scene. Patrol officers responded to the scene but did not locate any suspect or victim. Officers were able to interview witnesses, locate video footage of the incident, and recover evidence. At the time of this writing, no victim has come forward. The circumstance of the shooting remained under investigation.

At 1319 hours, a victim was walking downtown when he was contacted by the suspects and asked if he needed a ride. The victim agreed and entered the vehicle. They drove a short distance before one of the occupants pulled out a knife and demanded the victim’s property. The victim left several personal items in the vehicle before fleeing the scene on foot. Officers quickly arrived in the area and detained the suspects. The victim positively identified the suspects, and they were placed into custody. The suspects were interviewed at HQ by Robbery Detectives before being booked into KCJ.
