2026-79281/North Precinct/Third Watch/U2:
At 0059 hours, the call originally started as a shots call. When Officers arrived on scene. they determined that the injuries of the “Victim” were not consistent with a shooting. The victim suffered a dislocated knee. No bullet holes. The “victim” maintained that he was not involved in any shooting and was just filming some stunts with his associates when he fell and injured his leg. Further investigation and video from a nearby Security Guard revealed that the “Victim” was, in fact, part of the disturbance that included another male on foot who was armed and a white Infiniti SUV. The Infiniti had apparently returned to the area of NE 47th St and Brooklyn Av NE when the unidentified male that was on foot shot at the Infiniti four times. The Suspect fled on foot and the Infiniti fled south on Brooklyn. Apparently, the male shooter had shoved the “victim” to the ground just before the shots. Neither the suspect nor the Infiniti were located. Three shell casings were located and the “victim” maintained that he had nothing to do with the shooting.
