#2026-102075/East Precinct/Second Watch/E1

At 1325 hours, officers were proactively in the 400 block of E Broadway. This area is known for excessive drug usage. Officer observed a drug dealer who has been arrested for the distribution of narcotics three times in the past few months. The suspect had two felony warrants for VUCSA. He attempted to evade capture by ducking into a nearby grocery store but was quickly apprehended without incident. While searching him incident to arrest, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, along with over 100 small, empty bags. He was booked into King County Jail for his warrants and charged with an additional count of VUCSA.

#2026-102298/North Precinct/Second Watch/N3

At 1736 hours, North Precinct clerk was notified of a wanted homicide suspect in the lobby to turn himself in. The suspect was quickly taken into custody by patrol officers. The suspect was wanted out of Pierce County for Murder 2. Officers drove the suspect to meet with Pierce County who then took the suspect into their custody. On 4/12/2026 North precinct officers were asked to assist County and check the suspect’s mother’s residence. Officers gained a good report with the mother and suggested she encourage her son to turn himself in if she is contacted by him. This is certainly why he came in today.
