#2026-135703/West Precinct/Second Watch/Q2

At 1300 hours, officers responded to the Queen Anne area of the West Precinct for a threats call. The comments indicated that a male suspect threatened staff with a pickaxe, swung it at staff and was in a tent on the greenbelt of the property. Officers contacted and arrested the suspect after a positive identification was made. With consent provided, the tent was entered, the pickaxe was confiscated and logged into evidence. The suspect was transported to King County Jail where he was booked for Felony Harassment.

#2026-135820/West Precinct/Second Watch/U1

At 1651 hours, officers responded to a reported assault. When attempting to take the suspect into custody, the suspect became aggressive toward Officers. The suspect was eventually taken into custody without further incident. The suspect was evaluated at the hospital for a previous injury and later booked into King County Jail.  

#2026-136285/South Precinct/Third Watch/R2

At 2305 hours, officers arrived and secured the scene. Seattle Fire Department arrived and provided medical attention. Victim was transported by AMR to HMC for a wound she sustained in the lower left shoulder area. Non-life threatening. The victim was inside the store when she was approached by an unknown male. The victim stated after she exited the store the male produced a butterfly style knife and slashed/stabbed her. He took off from the location on foot. Area checked clear of suspect.  

#2026-136247/East Precinct/First Watch/C3

At 2212 hours, east patrol responded to reports of shots heard from the area near the 1400 block of Madrona Dr. Officers arrived and located evidence on the ground near the intersection of Madrona Drive and Lake Washington Blvd. There were no known victims or damage, patrol processed the scene. The following morning (5/16/26) at about 0600 hours, east patrol responded to a call from the residents of a home who had heard the gunshots from the night before and had woken this morning to find bullet damage to their home. There were no injuries and no evidence that the shots were targeted. Police processed this scene. GVRU was advised.
