At 0129 hours, bar security flagged down officers for a large-scale fight inside of a club at 10th and Pike Street. The suspect and his friend were being escorted out of the club by security when suspect came from behind a barback and put him in a chokehold. Other staff intervened and were assaulted along with other staff. Officers arrested the suspect, who assaulted an officer and sergeant. Suspect was arrested for Assault 2, Assault 3. Officers did not require hospitalization.

At 1238 hours, West Precinct officers responded to a residential burglary alarm call in the South Lake Union neighborhood. A next-door neighbor also called in to report seeing a stranger exit the residence with items and fleeing the area thereafter. Officers arrived in the area and were able to track down the suspect’s whereabouts from nearby citizens. The suspect was located several blocks to the south of the scene and detained. The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into King County Jail for residential burglary.
