#2026-139517/West Precinct/Third Watch/Q3:

At 0255 hours, the victim was leaving a nearby bar when a group of BMs, that he had met at the bar and was leaving with them to another venue, began “jumping” him. They stole his backpack, sword, and cell phone. The victim was fighting with one of the suspects when another returned to their victim and began driving towards the fight. When the vehicle approached the victim stood up and the suspect struck him with the vehicle and then fled the area. An area check was conducted and neither the suspects or the vehicle was located.

#2026-83597/South Precinct/First Watch/S3:

At 0500 hours, General Investigations Unit (GIU) detectives served a search warrant on a large property in Auburn, WA with the assistance of SWAT. SWAT cleared the property without incident. GIU detectives and detectives from the South Sound Auto Theft Task Force, located numerous stolen catalytic converters, 8 stolen vehicles, and 1 stolen excavator. Over 100 rosters were located on the property along with clear evidence of large cockfighting organization. King County Animal Control arrived and took over the cockfighting investigation. Probable cause for auto theft and multiple cases of catalytic converter theft will be developed soon, and the case will be forwarded to the prosecutor.

#2026-140365/Southwest Precinct/Second Watch/W2:

At 1819 hours, witnesses heard glass breaking and then heard a gunshot in the area of 4700 block Fauntleroy Way SW prompting several 911 calls. Officers responded and witnesses pointed out a broken second story window of an apartment building. Officers also located a single cartridge casing and building bullet damage near the broken window. The occupant of the damaged apartment confirmed a rock had been thrown through the window but denied shots being fired. Evidence was collected and photos taken showing both a large rock and gun were used. Private video shows the suspect in the area just prior to the shot being fired and window damage. The incident was screened with GVRU.

#2026-140432/East Precinct/Second Watch/G2:

At 2029 hours, Officers proactively contacted an unoccupied suspicious vehicle believing it to be an unreported stolen. The suspect returned to the scene, got into the vehicle and attempted to drive away. Officers ordered the suspect to stop but he disobeyed commands. The suspect attempted to flee and Type II force was used. The suspect was taken into custody. The suspect had an outstanding $75,000 SPD Felony warrant and had narcotics on his person. At the time of this SIR the suspect is currently at HMC for medical evaluation. The suspect will be booked into KCJ for the felony warrant and charges will be requested for narcotics, DUI, and resisting arrest.

#2026-140667/North Precinct/Third Watch/N1:

At 2337 hours, caller reporting hearing three shots outside of his home. Officers arrived on scene and located multiple shell casings. No victims or property damage located. No description of suspects and no video located.
