At 0030 hours, calls came into 911 regarding an armed carjacking of a rental vehicle in the 3800 BLK of S Juneau St. The suspects were described as two males, both masked and armed with firearms. Area check for the suspects came up negative. Information was broadcast to neighboring agencies.

At 0725 hour, officers responded to investigate a burglary. One of the first arriving officers arrived in the area and observed a possible suspect matching the description within blocks of where the burglary occurred. When officers went to contact subject, he immediately resisted officers and a struggle ensued and additional officers were requested. Other officers arrived on scene, and the subject was taken into custody. One of the responding officers obtained a minor injury and was transported to HMC and was released shortly thereafter. Suspect was placed under arrest for a felony warrant and multiple misdemeanor crimes. Suspect was medically declined at KCJ and transported to the hospital. When medically clear suspect will be booked into KCJ.

At 1017 hours, the owner (victim) of an expensive bicycle found his stolen bike on an online marketplace. The victim confirmed that the suspect had stolen his bike. The owner/victim then called 911, requesting assistance from officers to retrieve the bike. Officers attempted to speak to the suspect at his apartment, but he refused to come out. The suspect had two outstanding warrants out of King County for Theft ($10K bail). The suspect also had many items listed for sale online. The primary officer obtained a search warrant to arrest the suspect for possession of stolen property. Officers then arrested the suspect in his apartment without incident. Several items were found. The bike was returned to the owner. The suspect was booked into KCJ for Investigation of Stolen Property (Felony).
