Suspicious item determined to be safe

On March 18th at 2:12 a.m. a  passer-by called in a suspicious item located in the 1800 block of Harvard Avenue.  Officers arrived and cordoned off the area. Arson/Bomb Squad Detectives responded to the scene and subsequently determined the item was harmless.
