SPD Homicide Detectives are working to locate Marcel Long, 18, in connection with the June 20th shooting death of a 19-year-old man near the CHOP-area on Capitol Hill.
According to a witness, the shooting was the result of a long-running dispute, which began approximately a year ago when Long and the victim got into a fight which was reportedly recorded and posted on Youtube.
King County prosecutors have charged Long with murder in the first degree and detectives are now seeking to arrest him. This case is a separate from an SPD investigation into the shooting of a 33-year-old man in the CHOP area the same morning.
