Assault in Cowen Park

On August 16th at approximately 11:00 p.m., two men had a run-in with unknown persons in Cowen Park.  Words were exchanged and one of the men was assaulted. Update on North Seattle homicide investigation

It appears that the victim, a male in his mid twenties, died as a result of gunshot wounds. However, the King County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the official cause of death. This remains an active and on-going homicide investigation.
